How It Works

2. Record and post a TikTok video where the hoodie is clearly visible.
3. Tag our TikTok account: @shirts.of.balkan
4. Include #shirtsofbalkan or Ad for shirtsofbalkan in the caption.
5. Once your video reaches 25,000 views, send us your order number and video link.
6. After approval, you will receive a full refund for the hoodie price.

Rules

To qualify for the refund, all of the following rules must be followed:

• The video must be posted on TikTok.
• The hoodie must be clearly visible in the video.
• Our TikTok account must be tagged in the caption or in the video.
• The video must reach at least 25,000 views.
• The video must be public until the refund has been approved.
• You must have purchased the hoodie from our official website.
• You must provide a valid order number.
• Only one refund is available per purchased hoodie.
• The video must not include hate speech, violence, nudity, illegal content, offensive content, or anything that could harm our brand.
• Fake views, bots, paid views, or manipulated engagement are not allowed.
• We have the right to deny a refund if we suspect fraud or if the rules are not followed.

Refund

Once your video has reached 25,000 views, send us:

• Your order number
• The TikTok video link
• A screenshot showing the video views
• Your TikTok username

After we review and approve your submission, the hoodie price will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

This campaign only applies to the hoodie product price. Shipping costs, taxes, customs fees, or any other extra charges are not refundable.
