Return Policy

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, washing, or any signs of wear

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon request.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, stains, or odors

  • Items with removed tags or missing original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered.
Customers wishing to receive a different item or size must return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting:

Supporting images of the item and packaging may be required.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Use of a tracked shipping service is recommended.
